PSE suspends Arab Concrete Products (ACPC) from trading

Mr.Ahmad Awaida the CEO of the PSE announced yesterday the suspension of the   Arab Concrete Products" share (ACPC) starting from yesterday"s trading session of Sunday 24/8/2008, until the company discloses its semiannual financial results for the year 2008, this came under the act number 79 of the applicable securities" trading law.This suspension came due to the company lack of commitment of disclosing its financial result for the first half of 2008 within the legal period that was granted to 15/8/2008, and to its violation the securities law number 12 for the year 2004.
