The general assembly for Golden Wheat Mills Company announced that it had realized a net profit that exceeded JD 340,000 for the last year. This announcement came within the general assembly that had been held in Best Eastern hotel with an attendance if %68.5 from shareholders representatives, and the companies" inspector Mr.Nizam Ayoub in addition to the company"s chairman Dr.Abdelmalik Al-Jabir and the general manger Dr.Bassam Alwalweel. Al-Jabir assured that in spite of the difficult circumstances that the company is operating under and through the dishonest competition of the Israeli products that do not conform to the Palestinian standards, GMC will attain a profit that exceeds JD 1 million for the first half of 2008, and added that a portion of the profit will be distributed to the shareholders and the losses that had been realized since 2003 will be covered.
