According to the financial statements of Palestine Real Estate Investment PRICO for the 1st Quarter of 2020, Net Loss after tax of the period reached (289,667) JD Compared with Net Loss after tax (130,164) JD for 2019, a net increase in loss of 122.54%.Total assets of the company reached 82,899,680 JD compared with total assets of 83,480,652 JD at the end of year 2019, a net decrease of 0.70%.Total liabilities of the company reached 39,526,177 JD compared with total liabilities of 39,813,839 JD at the end of year 2019, a net decrease of 0.72%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 43,373,503 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,748,052 JD) compared with total owner equity of 43,666,813 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,755,997 JD) at the end of year 2019, a net decrease of 0.67%.
