According to the financial statements of Palestine Real Estate Investment Company PRICO for 1st Quarter of 2019, Net Loss after tax of the period reached (130,164) JD Compared with Net profit after tax 203,842 JD for 2018.Total assets of the company reached 93,209,028 JD compared with total assets of 91,858,446 JD at the end of year 2018, a net increase of 1.47%.Total liabilities of the company reached 42,860,837 JD compared with total liabilities of 43,008,182 JD at the end of year 2018, a net decrease of 0.34%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 50,348,191 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,957,985 JD) compared with total owner equity of 48,850,264 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 3,336,525 JD) at the end of year 2018, a net increase of 3.07%.
