According to the financial statements of Palestine Real Estate Investment Company PRICO for the year 2016, Net Loss after tax of the period reached (2,702,378) JD Compared with Net profit after tax 1,245,969 JD for 2015.Total assets of the company reached 118,844,467 JD compared with total assets of 122,165,288 JD at the end of year 2015, a net decrease of 2.72%.Total liabilities of the company reached 45,323,376 JD compared with total liabilities of 43,922,085 JD at the end of year 2015, a net increase of 3.19%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 73,521,091 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 3,335,791 JD) compared with total owner equity of 78,243,203 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 2,172,028 JD) at the end of year 2015, a net decrease of 6.04%.
