According to the financial data of the Arab Real Estate Establishment ARE for the first half of 2016, Net profit after tax of the period reached 83,092 JD Compared with Net Loss after tax (12,214) JD for 2015.Total assets of the company reached 634,166 JD compared with total assets of 901,208 JD at the end of year 2015, a net decrease of 29.63%.Total liabilities of the company reached 202,231 JD compared with total liabilities of 404,759 JD at the end of year 2015, a net decrease of 50.03%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 431,935 JD compared with total owner equity of 496,449 JD at the end of year 2015, a net decrease of 13.00%.
