ARE realizes net loss of JD0.12 million in H1 2014

According to the Arab Real Estate Establishment Company ARE’s data for the first six months of the year, net loss reached (119,172,) JOD, compared with a net loss of (213,454) JOD from the first six months of 2013, a net decrease in loss of 44.2%. Total assets of the company reached 2,625,580 JOD as of June 30^th, 2014, compared to total assets of 2,883,745 JOD as of December 31^st, 2013, a net decrease of 9.0%. Total liabilities of the company reached 2,018,549 JOD as of June 30^th, 2014, compared to total liabilities of 2,173,320 JOD as of December 31^st, 2013, a net decrease of 7.1%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 607,031 JOD as of June 30^th, 2014, compared with a net ownership equity of 710,425 JOD as of December 31^st, 2013, a net decrease of 14.6% in the last six months.
