The CEO of Wataniya Palestine Mobile Telecommunications WATANIYA - the second cellular operator in Palestine- expressed hope to enter the Gaza Strip market soon, but denied receiving any official communiqué to enter any equipment withheld by Israel in one of its Airports to Gaza Strip. He added: “accessing the profitability that we had been working on expired, and we can no longer achieve it, but we expect the transition to profitability after two to three years of entering Gaza Strip even if the profitability level is lower than what we desire. Profitability is available in Gaza Strip and investors are determined to continue covering the shortage resulted from the realized losses to be able to enter Gaza Strip”.
