The GA of The National Insurance Company NIC approves distributing 20% cash dividends for the year 2012

The general assembly of The National Insurance Company NIC approved, on its meeting on 25/03/2013, its board of directors’ recommendation to distribute 20% cash dividends (20 cents per share) for the year 2012, to record a dividends yield of 5.88% according to the share’s closing on 25/03/2013 and a payout ratio of 50.89%.
