The board of directors of Al-Rafah Microfinance Bank (AMB) held a meeting on 22/09/2012, where they approved the bank"s strategic plan and the terms of the final agreement on the merger with the Arab Palestinian investment Bank. The board of directors also authorized the Chairman to sign the agreement after completing the discussions with the Monetary Authority.
