Emaar Properties discloses its annual financial results for 2009

Emaar Properties (EMAAR) announced its preliminary annual financial results as of 31/12/2009. The results indicate the following:

·         Net income of AED 327 billion with an increase rate of %98.18.    

·         Total assets of AED 64,841,608 with a decline rate of %2.76.

·         Total liabilities of AED 36,239,000 with a decline of % 6.05.

·         Total shareholders" equity of AED 28,602,723 with a growth rate of %1.76.
