Attempts to reconsider PALTEL-ZAIN deal

Amman- Al Rai Newspaper:  The CEO of ZAIN Dr. Abdelmalik Al Jabir revealed attempts to reconsider and revive the deal of PALTEL - ZAIN away from what he described as the complications that have prevented its completion last month. Al Jabir clarified in a statement to Al Rai Newspaper that halting the deal hadn’t canceled the projects and programs between PALTEL and ZAIN. He said that the pause was in the acquisition process, but we are going forward in our perfect business relationship such as the one network, fiber-optic and other acceptable programs related upon the formal agreement
