Emaar Properties states that its board of directors disapproves the merging with Dubai Holding Companies

 Reuters: Emaar Properties which is based in Dubai stated that its board of directors decided not to go on in the proposed merging with three companied related to Dubai Holding Group. Emaar said in a statement that the merger does not bring any economic benefits.
