PALTEL board of directors decided in its session held today 19/11/2009 to consider PALTEL-ZAIN deal as no longer valid, inactive and expired accordingly with the agreement between the two parties due to passing the agreed time frame to complete and finalize the deal without being able to fulfill the main requirements and rules related to the deal
