Dr. Abdelmalik Al Jaber the CEO of ZAIN Levant had quit from the directors boards of Palestine Trade Center (PALTRADE) and the Capital Market Authority (CMA) yesterday. In two separate letters directed to Nafez Al Herbawi the chairman of PALTRADE and to Maher Al Masri the chairman of the CMA in which he reported his resignation due to his new commitment with ZAIN and entitlement to huge responsibilities that may disable him from continuing to work on the boards. Al Jaber said in his memo: I thank you and appreciate you all on the joyful period that I worked side by side with you to service the Palestinian Private Sector through PALTRADE and the CMA. He added: these institutions efforts send out hope and constitute a guarantee on the existence of a solid private sector that is aware of its important role in these awkward circumstances.
