Ramallah – Al-Ayam: PRICO announced yesterday the launching of three new real-estate projects that costs about $ 75 million in each of Ramallah and Jerusalem. PRICO who began its activities in 1995 and since then the company carried out a lot of successful projects all over the Palestinian territories stated that such projects represents a new level of successes for the company .
Mr.Nabil Al Saraf CEO explained that the project that will be carried out in Jerusalem and will be held in beit safafa in sharafat area on a 27 dunums land and will include 160 apartment worth mentioning that this project will be carried with the partnership of PADICO .
On the other hand as for the project in the suburbs of Ramallah Mr.Al Saraf said it will be held in the north side of Ramallah and it will include 280 housing unit that will cost around $25 million .As for the third Project he stated that It will be held in Al Masyoyn area It will be a huge building with 18 floors"PRICO HOUSE" and will hopefully gather important institutions as banks and insurance companies .It will be finished within 18 months .
