BOP realizes net loss of $17.97 million in 9M 2024

According to the financial statements of Bank of Palestine BOP for the first nine months of 2024, Net Loss after tax of the period reached (17,974,477) USD Compared with Net profit after tax 25,833,112 USD for 2023.Total assets of the company reached 7,844,608,764 USD compared with total assets of 7,126,060,748 USD at the end of year 2023, a net increase of 10.08%.Total liabilities of the company reached 7,275,215,416 USD compared with total liabilities of 6,565,700,366 USD at the end of year 2023, a net increase of 10.80%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 569,393,348 USD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 66,553,978 USD) compared with total owner equity of 560,360,382 USD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 65,854,384 USD) at the end of year 2023, a net increase of 1.61%.Noting that paid-in capital increased from 230,677,334 USD in year 2023 to 253,274,850 USD of this year,a net increase of 9.80%
