According to the financial statements of Palestine Real Estate Investment PRICO for the first half of 2024, Net Loss after tax of the period reached (91,324) JD Compared with Net profit after tax 481,436 JD for 2023.Total assets of the company reached 62,353,948 JD compared with total assets of 65,993,269 JD at the end of year 2023, a net decrease of 5.51%.Total liabilities of the company reached 38,140,192 JD compared with total liabilities of 40,418,494 JD at the end of year 2023, a net decrease of 5.63%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 24,213,756 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,534,425 JD) compared with total owner equity of 25,574,775 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,594,117 JD) at the end of year 2023, a net decrease of 5.32%.
