VOIC approves distributing one share for every owned shares and 25% cash dividends for the year 2023

The general assembly of the Vegetable Oil Industries Company VOIC approved, in its meeting on 12/05/2024, distributing one free share for every owned share in the company’s stocks and therefore raising the paid-up capital from JD4.00 million to JD8.00 million. It also approved distributing 25% cash dividends for the year 2023, to record dividends yield of 1.64% based on the price on the entitlement date.
