Starting the private subscription in AHC shares the day after tomorrow

The board of directors" chief Firas Kazem Al-Dein announced that the secondary subscription in the increased capital that amounted 5 million shares will start after tomorrow and will continue to the end of July. The general assembly decided in its meeting that had been held in May 13 to raise the company"s capital from JD 20 million to JD 25 million, by a private subscription to the shareholders in the PSE registry as of May 12. The shareholder is allowed to subscribe %25from the gross owned shares by his side, as to pay the new shares value in applying the subscription application. The shares will be subscribed at the par value JD 1.00 . In the case of not covering the overall shares by the shareholders, the excess will be diverted to the board of directors in order to dispose as not to be inconsistent with applicable regulations and instructions. This capital increase will be dominated to the company"s first proje " Movenpick" hotel.
