According to the financial statements of Palestine Real Estate Investment Company PRICO for the year 2023, Net Loss after tax of the period reached (12,098,007) JD Compared with Net profit after tax 638,926 JD for 2022.Total assets of the company reached 65,834,024 JD compared with total assets of 75,148,217 JD at the end of year 2022, a net decrease of 12.39%.Total liabilities of the company reached 39,867,021 JD compared with total liabilities of 36,611,653 JD at the end of year 2022, a net increase of 8.89%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 25,967,003 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,689,857 JD) compared with total owner equity of 38,536,564 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,695,326 JD) at the end of year 2022, a net decrease of 32.62%.
