According to the financial statements of Palestine Real Estate Investment PRICO for the first half of 2023, Net profit after tax of the period reached 481,436 JD Compared with Net profit after tax 356,233 JD for 2022, a net increase in profit of 35.15%.Total assets of the company reached 81,097,015 JD compared with total assets of 75,148,217 JD at the end of year 2022, a net increase of 7.92%.Total liabilities of the company reached 41,905,022 JD compared with total liabilities of 36,611,653 JD at the end of year 2022, a net increase of 14.45%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 39,191,993 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,781,916 JD) compared with total owner equity of 38,536,564 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,695,326 JD) at the end of year 2022, a net increase of 1.70%.
