The general assembly for PEC approves distribution % 6 cash dividends on the shareholders

The general assembly for Palestine electric company approved yesterday to distribute $3.6 million to the shareholders as of % 6 of the capital that amounts $60 million. The distribution process will start from next June 30. The general assembly had been convened in Gaza, Ramallah and Amman through Videoconference with the participation of the energy authority Mr.Omar kittaneh and the general manager of the capital market authority Dr.Atef Alawneh.
