The planning minister Dr.Samir Abdullah assured that the money that delivered to the treasury until now amounted $240 million, considering the donation that the treasury received lately from UAE that valued $50 million, and from Saudi Arabia that valued $31 million in addition to the donations in the last few months. The minister was stating this during the meeting that had been held in the headquarter of the ministry in Ramallah, with the international quartet representative Tony Blair, with the participation of the health minister Dr. Fathi Abu-Maghli and transportations minister Mashhour Abu-Daka where the development accomplishments had been presented. Abdullah said "we presented to Blair the discussion and negotiations that had been executed with the donations parties, regarding the countries that their donations had been specialized to the development plan projects, and the countries that we started the initial negotiations with , and the countries that had been invited to these negotiations.
