According to the financial statements of Palestine Real Estate Investment Company PRICO for the year 2020, Net Loss after tax of the period reached (3,572,587) JD Compared with Net Loss after tax (6,775,238) JD for 2019, a net decrease in loss of 47.27%.Total assets of the company reached 78,259,004 JD compared with total assets of 83,480,652 JD at the end of year 2019, a net decrease of 6.25%.Total liabilities of the company reached 38,168,377 JD compared with total liabilities of 39,813,839 JD at the end of year 2019, a net decrease of 4.13%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 40,090,627 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,274,076 JD) compared with total owner equity of 43,666,813 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,755,997 JD) at the end of year 2019, a net decrease of 8.19%.
