According to the financial statements of Palestine Real Estate Investment PRICO for the first half of 2018, Net Loss after tax of the period reached (462,362) JD Compared with Net Loss after tax (1,284,386) JD for 2017, a net decrease in loss of 64.00%.Total assets of the company reached 100,324,954 JD compared with total assets of 101,730,926 JD at the end of year 2017, a net decrease of 1.38%.Total liabilities of the company reached 41,797,889 JD compared with total liabilities of 42,736,432 JD at the end of year 2017, a net decrease of 2.19%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 58,527,065 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 3,137,006 JD) compared with total owner equity of 58,994,494 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 3,244,161 JD) at the end of year 2017, a net decrease of 0.79%.
