SANAD proposes 5% cash dividends and 5% stocks dividends for the year 2017

The board of directors of Sanad construction Resources Company SANAD raised a recommendation to the general assembly, which will be holding a meeting on 25/04/2018, to raise the paid-up capital from $66.00 million to $69.30 million through distributing 5% stocks dividends to its shareholders. It also recommended distributing 5% cash dividends for the year 2017.
