PALTEL establishes two new business companies
PALTEL announced that it established two new companies, one for telecommunications, and the second for advisory services. Bringing the number of companies affiliated to the group, the seven companies.
PALTEL said the disclosure published in the capital market on its mail: she founded the company "Ile" consultancy and advisory services, pointing out that the objectives of contributing to other companies, and representation of companies and brands, and owns movable and immovable to do their work, and provide technical and managerial consultancy, preparation economic feasibility studies, and borrow the necessary funds for its work from banks. Also, the PALTEL group said they founded the company "Rich", and set goals to provide telecommunications services, and service planning and regulation of businesses, and to provide management services for the production and marketing businesses.
PALTEL stated that the two companies did not begin their work later.
In addition to the "Ile" and "Rich", the group includes a company Palestinian communications for fixed telephone services, and "mobile" services to the cell phone, and "civilization" for Internet services and applications in fixed communications and cell phone, "Palmedia" of information services, and "Solutions" software.
