LADAEN restructures itself and establishes a new company

Palestine Plastic Industries LADAEN announced establishing a new private shareholding company under the name” Ethmar Plastic Industries”, specialized in manufacturing plastic cans, whereby, Palestine Plastic Industries LADAEN is contributing by 9.5% and Palestine Industrial Investment is contributing by 50.5%, while the remaining 40% is owned by a partner from outside the group. At the same time, LADAEN rented its factory buildings for Ethmar Plastic Industries.
