Arab Company for Paint Products APC is holding a regular meeting for its general assembly on May, 15^th. 2007 in Nablus in order to discuss last year (2006) annual report, approve audit report of 2005 and 2006, settle board of directors’ books for 2006, select a new auditors for 2007, elect a new board of directors, discuss the board’s suggestion of distributing the profits as %6 of the stock value or according to what the general assembly might suggest and finally to discuss any issue might arise.
