According to the financial statements of Palestine Real Estate Investment Company PRICO for the year 2015, Net profit after tax of the period reached 1,067,789 JD Compared with Net Loss after tax (2,418,916) JD for 2014.Total assets of the company reached 124,771,634 JD compared with total assets of 118,491,428 JD at the end of year 2014, a net increase of 5.30%.Total liabilities of the company reached 46,716,383 JD compared with total liabilities of 41,382,986 JD at the end of year 2014, a net increase of 12.88%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 78,055,251 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 2,176,399 JD) compared with total owner equity of 77,108,442 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 2,197,719 JD) at the end of year 2014, a net increase of 1.23%.
