PRICO realizes net loss of JD0.39 million in Q1 2014

According to Palestine Real Estate Investment Company PRICO data for the first three months of the year, net loss reached (394,624) JOD, compared with a net loss of (218,767) JOD from the first three months of 2013, a net increase in loss of 80.4%. Total assets of the company reached 119,876,868 JOD as of March 31^st, 2014, compared to total assets of 118,468,283 JOD as of December 31^st, 2013, a net increase of 1.2%. Total liabilities of the company reached 41,718,233 JOD as of March 31^st, 2014, compared to total liabilities of 39,529,546 JOD as of December 31^st, 2013, a net increase of 5.5%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 78,158,636 JOD (including 2,219,921 JOD in Non-controlling interest) as of March 31^st, 2014, compared with a net ownership equity of 78,938,737 JOD (including 2,228,083 JOD in Non-controlling interest) as of December 31^st, 2013, a net decrease of 1.0% in the first three months.
