The Palestine Securities Exchange (PSE) is honored to convene the “First Annual Palestinian Capital Market Forum” on 8-9 September 2007 in Ramallah and Gaza (through videoconference). The Forum is held in conjunction with PSE celebrations of the tenth anniversary of the first trading session held on 18 February 1997. The PSE hopes that the Forum shall constitute yet another achievement in its long record, and shed the light on the realities, challenges and prospects for progress in Palestinian Capital Market. The “Annual” Forum aims to promote the investment environment, raise public awareness, promote investment education and assert the genuine role of capital markets in development and investment in Palestine in a manner that enhances the importance of financial markets This will take place the 8^th-9^th of September in Ramallah’s Best Eastern Hotel and in Gaza’s International Hotel. The first annual forum in both cities will be in touch through a video conference in order to discuss the reality of the Palestinian capital market and its challenges and also prospects for the future.
