PLAZA realizes net loss of JD0.32 million in 2013

According to Arab Palestinian Shopping Centers Company ( PLAZA) data for year-end preliminary financial statements for year 2013, net loss reached (325,442) JOD, compared with a net loss of (910,632) JOD in the audited data for 2012, a net decrease in loss of 64.3%. Total assets of the company reached 13,204,627 JOD as of December 31^st, 2013, compared to total assets of 15,076,093 JOD as of December 31^st, 2012, a net decrease of 12.4%. Total liabilities of the company reached 3,813,327 JOD as of December 31^st, 2013, compared to total liabilities of 9,774,904 JOD as of December 31^st, 2012, a net decrease of 61.0%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 9,391,300 JOD as of December 31^st, 2013, compared with a net ownership equity of 5,301,189 JOD as of December 31^st, 2012, a net increase of 77.2%.
