Sabih Al-Masri the chairman of Palestine Telecommunications PALTEL said that PALTEL works with deliberated plans and qualified personnel leading to its development and growth. Today PALTEL is one of the fastest growing companies in the region after developing a good infrastructure in Palestine and providing new services to its customers.
PALTEL has adopted a good strategy and future plans that help it maintain its growth such as: intensively investing in infrastructure and modern technologies, services diversification and lowering their costs to customers, regionally spreading, finding many technological solutions.
Al-Masri added that PALTEL’s profits for 2011 came as a result of the intensification of the efforts of all the group’s parties and the confidence of all the subscribers of its diversified and developed services. PALTEL’s net profit for 2011 reached JD 90.7 million; up by 5.1% compared to JD 86.3 million for last year. PALTEL continued maintaining a growth in its operational indicators, especially through improving its services that led to a growth in the number of subscribers of the company.
PALTEL’s group is committed to social responsibility, through strategies to implement development, social and cultural projects targeting various sectors of the society. PALTEL lately has adopted many projects in cooperation with many private, governmental and societal institutions that improved its responsibility to the Palestinian Society.
