Palestine Real Estate Investment Company PRICO announced holding an extraordinary general assembly meeting on 18/12/2011, whereby they will discuss raising the company’s capital by 15,186,512 shares at (JD 1.00) par value per share, therefore raising the capital from JD 48,575,974 to JD 63,762,486.
