Palestine Exchange issued “The Initial Public Offering and listing Guide in Palestine” simultaneously with holding the Fifth Annual Palestinian Capital Market Forum in Ramallah. The guide was distributed during the forum to certain interested parties.
The issuance of this guide came as a step to draw a rout for the private companies that seek to change their form to public shareholding companies, and to list their stocks in the Exchange, in the shadow of scarce information within this side and the thirst of many of these companies for knowledge and guidance. The guide helps stirring serious and objective conversations within these companies through the addition of the converting case on their schedules, to make the necessary studies and consulting needed to get to the right decisions.
The guide consists of 88 pages, introduced by an introductory speech for the executive chief of Palestine Exchange Mr. Ahmad Aweidah, of which he spoke about the realities of these companies, and the reasons for change in this important category of companies.
