According to the Company’s Board of Administration decision on 04/06/2007, it has invited the General Assembly of the company’s shareholders to its annual meeting. The meeting concerns topics listed in the invitations mailed. This event will take place at The Intercontinental Hotel in Jericho as of July 26^th 2007, Thursday at 11:00am.In the event of the lack of quorum in the meeting, it will be rescheduled for 08/02/2007 the same place and time .As for shareholders who are not registered with an address or are updating their address due to the old address no longer fit for service, they can obtain copies of the advocacy agenda ,board report, budget report and the company’s auditors from the company’s branch office or by calling, faxing or emailing them.
