Palestine Real Estate Investment Company (PRICO) disclosed its semi- annual financial statements for the first half of 2010, and the company’s financial results as of 30/06/2010 indicated a pretax income of JOD 2.87 million comparing loss of  JOD 1.14 million in the first half of 2009. The company’s assets reached JOD 87.13 million at the end 30/06/2010 after they reached 81.08 million  on 31/12/2009. Total liabilities reached JOD 21.73 million at the end of the first half of 2010 comparing to JOD 18.120 million as of 31/12/2009. Shareholders’ equity reached JOD 65.39 million (minority interest JOD 3.22 million) on 30/06/2010 after they reached JOD 12.64 million at the end of 2009(minority interest JOD 3.24 million)
