Palestine Telecommunications Company (PALTEL) disclosed of its semi- annual financial statements for the first half of 2010, and the company’s financial results as of 30/06/2010 indicated a net income of JOD 40.84 million comparing to JOD 47.15 million in the first half of 2009. The company’s assets reached JOD 524.413 million at the end 30/06/2010 after they reached 531.270 million on 31/12/2009. Total liabilities reached JOD 178.229 million at the end of the first half of 2010 comparing to JOD 180.085 million as of 31/12/2009. Shareholders’ equity reached JOD 346.184 million on 30/06/2010 after they reached JOD 351.185 million at the end of 2009.
