Ramallah - Wafa: Palestinian economists and businessmen who run the private sector expected that the second Palestinian investment conference that is planned to be held in the city of Bethlehem in the beginning of next month will succeed in attracting large investments from Palestinians investors working abroad and from global investment funds that will be represented in the conference. Economic analysts and Palestinian businessmen emphasize that the conference will present a real opportunity for investment in Palestine, especially with the improved political and security conditions in the Palestinian territories, which is what distinguishes the atmosphere of the current conference from the previous two conferences held in the Nablus and Bethlehem. The conference will shed a light on small and medium economic investments enterprises, which constitute more than 90% of the Palestinian economy, and constitute the backbone of the Palestinian economic structure. The conference will reflect the real partnership between the private sector and the Palestinian public sector and international partners to support the economic infrastructure and build the institutions of an independent Palestinian state.
